Welcome to 172 South 2nd Street, formerly an NYC loft-style three bedroom apartment, now the private dining room of Fan Fried Rice Bar. We spent many long days gutting out the old apartment and rebuilding the space from scratch. 

This multi-purpose space is designed for events and private parties, and we welcome collaboration for art and cultural displays. The walls currently feature Taiwanese artist Chen Chiao You’s modern take on the illustrations and artwork from the Taiwan Farmer’s Almanac of poisonous food combinations. 

This room has seating arrangements for parties sized two to eight, it's the perfect spot to dine out with a group.  Have a larger party? The back room seats more than 20 guests and is available for large and/or private parties so just give us a call or email on info@fanfriedricebar.com.

Bring the hunger, because we got the rice.
